Daniel Capitani

  • Daniel Capitani is a researcher at the Sustainability and Technological Assessment Programs of the Brazilian Bioethanol Science and Technology Laboratory (CTBE). He is an economist and received his MS and PhD degree in Applied Economics from the University of Sao Paulo. His current research focuses on the socioeconomics impacts of sugarcane expansion in Brazil, concerning to subjects as land use change, biofuels and food competition, marketing strategies and risk management.
